It was supposed to be a fresh start for eighteen-year-old Devon Grace and her father, but fate had other, darker plans. The Appalachian town of Millicent, Ohio, is poor and forgotten by the world—the perfect setting for a disgraced cop and his artistic “misfit” daughter to regroup after a tragic mistake upends their lives. Trouble is, the young men of Millicent are disappearing, including Devon’s sole confidant and first love.

Devon’s quest for answers leads to a nameless drifter—a mysterious young graffiti artist systematically covering the town in strange, sinister paintings as an act of vandalism, self-expression, or…something else?

As the darkness haunting Millicent grows closer, Devon must become something more to stand against it. But the questions remain: Where are the missing young men? What do the paintings mean? What menacing force threatens the town?
