Who's the Boss?

Everyone has the same boss - the customer. Everything you bought, he's paid for. They pay your bills, write your paychecks, and will discharge you if you displease them. Customers will spend their money only with those who they feel have earned it. Earning your place in the economy must be done every day, all over again. Your rewards are in exact proportion to your service. A person might be underpaid for a while, but the scales of life will balance eventually.Try to estimate the portion of your ability that you've given to your work - you can increase your tangible and nontangible income by increasing the portion of ability you're giving. Inner satisfaction comes immediately when you do a little more than you've done before. If we expect others to give us excellent products and service for the money we spend, shouldn't others expect this of us?A person who thinks they can obtain maximum return for minimum effort is kidding themselves. Try each day to find some way that you can improve your current work.
