Gina Parducci has never liked Kyle Carpenter. While things have always been tough for Gina - she's had to work for her money, work for her grades - things have always been easy for Kyle. But one thing Gina has going for her is her boyfriend, Andy.Then Andy leaves Gina for Kyle's girlfriend, Nicole Summers. When Gina and Kyle end up life-guarding together, Gina does everything she can to avoid him. But it seems Kyle wants to be everyone's friend, and despite Gina's efforts they grow closer.
