Elly Blair has finally honed her magic skills. In fact, her spells have improved so much that the National Organization of Magic plan to honor her with an award for most improved magic. When the Organization member sent to present Elly with the award disappears, mysterious and sexy magic detective Tom Owenton quickly pops onto the scene looking for clues.
