I woke up to a changed world, and saw the sunrise for the first time. The covenant is broken, but the empty throne creates a powerful temptation. Am I to be a queen, or a rebel assassin? Who has the right to make that judgement? When my mortal enemy usurps command of the king's army and sends them after me, I journey to distant compounds seeking allies.
