It's Christmastime and there's a treasure hunt underway in Buxley, Ohio.Private investigator Jo Ravens doesn't have time for Christmas shopping, decorating, or putting up a tree. She's busy running surveillance on a laundromat, and she's keeping an eye on Buxley's new mayor. He's secretly looking for someone or something, and Jo intends to find out what he's up to.Both jobs take a back seat when a stranger shows up in town at the bookstore, and a short time later, Jo discovers a body in the bookstore's back room.
