A small-town Minnesota police captain uncovers drug-dealing, murder, and organized crime in this “satisfying [and] entertaining” crime novel ( Publishers Weekly ). Rutherford, Minnesota, is a sparsely populated town not typically known for lawlessness or violent crime.
