Helen Bradley's latest assignment takes her to a coastal town in Washington State where she's to finish assembling a regional travel guide. Arriving at the quaint B & B where she'll be staying, she learns why the original author, Isabelle Dupont, couldn't finish the project - she's dead. Helen's host at the B & B insists that her death had something to do with the guidebook and that a local fisherman has the answers to the mystery.
