Over the River

Librarian's note #1: this book was never published. It was planned for publication in October 2018 but did not occur (confirmed by myself in conversation with Cormorant Books Canada in January 2022). Clearly it was close to publication. There was no reason given for it not appearing. It was on GR already and I left it as some may think it came out.
