The Petrified Parrot

When P.C. and Mackenzie accompany P.C.'s uncle John on a photo shoot in New Orleans, they find themselves embroiled in the sensational murder of a well-known businessman. Following a bizarre trail of clues through the labyrinthine streets of the French Quarter, P.C. and Mac track down the sole witness to the crime: a traumatized talking parrot. Can they get the parrot to squawk before the killer strikes again?
