When a rock star's decoy is shot dead backstage at Madison Square Garden, the police ask P.C. and Mackenzie to go undercover as groupies. Soon their investigation leads P.C. and Mac to a mysterious mogul with a talent for manufacturing hits. The only question is: are the hits legitimate?
