Sensible Philadelphia debutante Nora Blackbird turns sleuth when her friend Lexie becomes the prime suspect in the killing of a prominent Philadelphia philanthropist, who has fallen to his death from an office tower balcony, but her investigation is complicated by the return of her scheming parents, whose scandalous hijinks unnerve all three of the Blackbird sisters.
